Follow up Treatment: $75
Massage Therapy
30-minute: $45
60-minute: $75
90-minute: $100
Home and Office treatments also available.

Insurance
Silver Fern Inc. accepts Health Partners Insurance for Acupuncture coverage. Auto Insurance
also covers acupuncture, if you were injured in a car accident and have personal injury
protection (PIP). We will bill your insurance company for you.
Some other health insurance policies cover acupuncture treatment. If coverage is a concern, check with your insurance company to determine policy coverage before beginning treatment. Here are questions to ask:
- Is acupuncture covered in the policy?
- What conditions do you cover?
- Who has to perform the acupuncture (MD, DC, LAC)?
- Where (hospital, clinic, provider's office) is the treatment performed?
- What forms need to be submitted for reimbursement?
If required, we can provide you with the necessary paperwork to file for reimbursement upon receipt of payment to our office.
